I understand that organizing your home is a very personal process, so I want to make sure my style and approach are the right fit for you. I offer a complimentary one-hour in-person consultation to ensure I understand your priorities and expectations, as well as what organizing style works best for you.
I have developed several organizing packages designed to accomplish the most requested services, but many projects are situation specific and will need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
4 hours, $250
Perfect for when company arrives unexpectedly or you have to prepare for a remodel or home repair project starting soon. Or maybe you need a quick closet reset or a refresh of your children’s playroom as the holidays approach. I can help with quick organizing projects in a pinch.
8 hours, $500
In a perfect world, we would clean out our closets and pantries several times per year. But life is busy! If you haven’t been able to get caught up on your organizing, I can help you press the “reset” button and leave you with a clean slate. During our sessions, we will work to clear major surfaces in your home and take a first pass at putting stuff in its proper place or identifying the stuff that needs a place. I will help identify bottlenecks in your current routines and develop a plan to make your spaces work for you.
$50 per hour
I will work alongside you to help you deal with and react to “stuff” as it comes in, and we will develop processes that allow you to easily and better maintain order.
Examples of coaching sessions include paperwork sorting and shredding, developing a filing system that works for you, and putting into practice a system to deal with your mail and packages as they arrive.
Whether you are emptying the nest or expanding your family, I will help you purge and space-plan before your move. This saves time and expense during the packing process and also ensures a smoother transition to your new space. And let's tackle that storage unit, too!
Some of life’s changes are particularly difficult and very emotional. I will be there to navigate space restrictions and serve as an objective voice of reason and assurance, to help guide your decisions as you ease your loved ones through this stage in life. It is possible (and very doable!) to live in a smaller space and still be surrounded by the things and memories that make us happy.
It really is true that at the end of our life, we can’t take our possessions with us. And we can’t expect those we leave behind to have the same attachment to our things as we do. Losing a loved one requires that we deal with their things in a timely manner. I understand that this is a delicate process and will work compassionately alongside you and your family members to help with this important and emotional work.
